Thank you so much for agreeing to be judges for this year's AEA Technology Fair. Below you will find the different project categories to be judged and which categories you have been assigned to judge.

Please familiarize yourself with the rubric students used to design their project. Click the link above the table to open or download the rubric which is a word document. If you have problems opening the file, please let me know, or you can download the file, and upload it to google docs to open.
Accessing Projects
To begin judging the projects, navigate to the area below you are to judge. Each table is formatted in each 3 cells to show the Project Number above the Project Link, and the Project Notebook. The Project Link, Project Notebook, and Scoring Form are designed to open in a new windows/tabs so that you can easily close the project and scoring form and return to this page to access your next project to judge.
Project Notebook
This year students will be submitting a Project Notebook that will give you background information about their project. The Project Notebook is a requirement for all entries.
Scoring Page The link to the scoring page is in the Top Right cell in the table. This link is to be used for the projects in the table. When the scoring form opens in a new tab, enter the project number listed above the project notebook link, then rate the project 1-4 based on the rubric criteria. There is an area if you would like to leave any comments for the students about their project. Please be sure to sign your name so your entry can be submitted. Then at the Thank you screen click on return to a new form for your next project. Navigate back to this page to click on the next project link.
NOTE: All project judging must completed by 10 p.m. MST on April 9.
